| Introduction |
Designed
for all staff involved in the movement of goods, this course
contains valuable information concerning the responsibilities
of the parties involved in the movement of goods to 95% of
world destinations. This course includes the consequences
of misusing INCOTERMS and the relationship between the original
terms and those contained in the 2000 update; an overview
of the law of contract offer/acceptance; methods of increasing
freight and similar charges; dealing with consequential loss
and being in control when things go wrong.
